Dr. Micevic and the entire staff at Access Warren Family Health Center are wonderful. Everyone is warm & welcoming and attentive.

I recently visited this specific center for my first time and I couldnt be more pleased with the experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel welcome from the moment we walked in. the doctors were efficient and attended to me very quickly. Also, the office was clean and well-organized, and I felt confident in the care I received. I need to add that Beatrice at the front desk was very welcoming and made us feel exceptionally comfortable and kindly attended to us as soon as we entered - SHE DESERVES A RAISE!! I highly recommend this Access center to anyone looking for top-notch medical care!!

Dr Gorana is really great! I had a nice experience with her. She made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions with ease.

Felt comfortable as a trans person- no one missed a beat with my name or pronouns.

First time here, everybody was lovely and the service was quick. Place was clean and updated. Had a lab right in the building for blood work too!

First time at Warren clinic Beatrice Sullivan was very helpful and nice. And professional she spoke highly of Dr. Nagarju ... and nurse Gwen was nice also, I can see myself returning, thanks cause I really was not feeling well. 💕

Had an appointment at 11:15 for sons school physical. We arrived a little early about 10:30. We didnt get called to the room til a little after 12 at that time we just sitting in the room nobody came in nothing. I asked whats going on why no one came in yet? I asked for my ID and left. Its ridiculous Access Warren clinic sucks and they have poor customer service. And they always have an attitude. They have to do better.

I Came in as a new patient, and my appointment was for 3. I arrived at 3 on the dot. Checked in with the receptionist, she Gave me paperwork to fill out. Once I was done I took it back up to the receptionist desk, however receptionist was on the phone, so she told me to leave it on the desk. And told me that The nurse will be calling me soon this was at 3:15, however I wasn’t called until 3:35. I was trying to be understanding and said to myself maybe it’s crowded back there, but once I got back there, the rooms weren’t filled up. Once the medical assistant took my vitals signs at 3:36 I am referring to her as medical assistant due to the fact that she didn’t introduce herself. I sat waited for the doctor for an half hour, which was bad, due to the fact that, it wasn’t crowded. Once the doctor came into the room he didn’t introduce his self just went straight to the computer started typing and asking questions. His main concern was why did I switch doctors, which I felt wasn’t relevant. His line of questioning was more so interrogating, as if he didn’t want me there and his receptionist made it her business to call me up to the front desk before I was calling to see the doctor just to let me know that I had another access clinic closer to me and she wanted to know why did I picked out their clinic. I Explain to her that I didn’t, and that my insurance gave me a list of doctors and I just chose the one which was closet due to, the list that I was provided with. I won’t be going back here once I have my blood tests done this Wednesday. I had the worst experience here coming in as a new patient.

I scheduled a visit and the doctor had a family emergency which was understandable however I was already there for my appointment. When I called to make another appointment the front desk agent mentioned that what I wanted to get done was going to keep them there all day. Not to mention, it was the same day and time of week as the first appointment. I will no longer go to their office. I will also be making other complaints on various sites.

Back and the day you would have gotten a 5 but today? Today you get a one. YOU GUYS NEED TO FIRE THEADRA or how ever you spell her name. She suck at making appointments. I made an appointment on a Saturday and came in earlier than my appointment, everybody steady getting called while I’m sitting there looking a fool. Whole time that fool changed my appointment to a Monday and said she tried to call, which was a lie, I know y’all number by heart I’ve been going there my whole life , your number not even in my call lodge not once. Could of left a vm but u didn’t cause your a liar. then go say did you check the patient portal? NO, I still haven’t recieved that mail to get into the portal. why would you change my stuff I made that app on a sat cuz I work 9 to 5 mon-fri fool. She had the nerve to catch an attitude with me cuz she messed up, n I still was nice. But she did that to me before , I scheduled an appointment, do y’all know this lady didn’t put me in at all? Like do you get high or what??? She messed my stuff up over 3 times. Anyways I love me some Gwen, she very nice, voice is so soothing and I always look forward to seeing her and Shirl. Shyrl is she the coolest and I love how she treats everyone. Bowler or how ever you spell that man name is the best, he get you in and out and knows what he’s talking about. The lady who do shots, the kinda caramel skin and kinda heavy set with the gap, I really like cause she the most funny and soothing when giving my baby shots, her attitude is loving. Cheryl be rough with the shots and Gwen almost made me back hand her for sticking that long needle in my baby like he wasn’t a baby lol but I get it. One major thing is when I went to get my baby blood drown, they said they ran out of needles... HOW??? And it was the same day dedra extra slow self messed my appointment up once again. I was done and then I just upped and changed doctors last month. Smh I loved that place but not with dedra being the appointment maker, I can’t take her attitude. I wouldn’t dare catch one knowing my grandma go there and I’m definitely respectful because it’s what I was taught but Dedra/Theatra be pushing it.-Rashoda

Visited Access Warren Family Health Center for the first time and had a great experience. Their staff was knowledgable and willing to answer all my questions regarding my health. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable and affordable health care!

First time and last time visiting this location.Im new to the area and saw that this facility was the closes doctor office to my apartment within walking distance.I called the office twice before visiting and asked two separate staff members on the phone if they accepted my insurance and if I had all info would it be a issue to see a doctor ,in which they assured me it wouldn’t be an issue. Upon arriving no one was working the front desk for 20mins till an older women with an ill fitted dollar store wig appeared in scrubs barking commands.I explained my situation and had all my info that was needed,but she still refused to assist me and said I would have to wait an hour till someone else arrived to help me .I left still in pain and not seen by a doctor,absolute poor customer service.This facility maybe located in a impoverished location,but the patients still deserve to be treated with respect and kindness!

DO NOT GO HERE THE BLACK DOCTOR NAMED KILA MISDIAGNOSED ME SAID I HAD A SKIN FUNGUS WHICH I DONT AND MY SKIN ISSUE LOOKS NOTHING LIKE A FUNGUS DONT WASTE UR TIME GOING HERE LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I DONT EVEN UNDERSTAND WHY THIS CLINIC IS STILL OPEN FROM ALL THESE BAD REVIEWS.

As a provider from another agency, I just wanted to state how impressed I have been with this health care facility. They are very responsive, easy to work with, and truly care for the community they serve.

One of the worst clinics on the westside staff is completely unprofessional always have attitudes never introduce their self always a long wait time they gave my children shots and didnt have ANY BANDAGES TO COVER THEM UP UNPROFESSIONAL AND GIVES US BLACK PEOPLE A BAD NAME
